I read an interesting article in Metro today about Christmas online sales were up almost 15% on a year ago according to figures out today. Shoppers have apparently spent more than a whopping £4.6 billion online – which is roughly £76 per person. This is all according to the IMRG Cap Gemini e-Retail Sales index. These figures were up 14.2% on December 2007and it is quite clear that online sales will play a big part in the recession we are going through. At www.4little1s.com we have definitely seen a good double digit increase in orders recently and hope this is due people using the web to search out quality and competitive pricing.
